Departments


There are various departments within Trinity Property Consultants. Those departments are Accounting, Commercial Property Management, Multifamily Property Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Investor Relations, Information Technology, Marketing and Training. While most departments operate from the corporate office, several key people and functions are housed in various offices.

Accounting The department consists of staff accountants, accounts payable coordinators, utility clerks, renovations accountants and treasury coordinators. They pay the bills, produce financial statements, submit draw requests, balance accounts, etc.

Commercial Property Management Commercial manages 2 million square feet (19 buildings) primarily within California. Their buildings include retail, office and industrial building types. In addition to the corporate location, they also have California regional offices in Burbank, Santa Rosa and San Diego. They employ in excess of 25 people.

Multifamily Property Management Multifamily is responsible for the successful operation of 50 apartment communities in 4 states that total about 10,000 units. Most properties are conventional and are "B" class assets. There are 6 Regional Managers, 2 Regional Vice Presidents and a Senior Vice President. Regional offices in addition to the corporate office are located in Sacramento, CA; Houston, TX; Oklahoma City, OK and Indianapolis, IN. They employ in excess of 350 people.

Risk Management Risk management processes incident reports and claims made against the company and each property. They will coordinate with the insurance companies, adjusters, etc. on Trinity's behalf. The also coordinate and implement safety programs.

Investor Relations This group manages the relationships with investors of each of our properties. There are many individual investors within our partnerships. Each of those investors require reporting, tax returns, distribution, etc. The department communicates with them and supports their needs.

Information Technology Trinity is fortunate to have the commitment from the partners to technology. The company employs the latest in hardware and software and the IT department supports those initiatives. The department is located in secure hosted facility in St. Louis, MO.

Marketing and Training The department assists in market research and developing marketing plans. They coordinate the creation of brochures, advertisements and other marketing materials with the properties. They are also involved in the planning and implementation of repositioning newly acquired assets. The department also trains on an individual and group basis salesmanship, customer service, etc. They develop curriculum so that the training is consistent throughout the company in all regions.
