When Trinity Property Consultants, LLC was formed in 1998, the company had a single commercial building in San Diego. By January 2002 the company had grown significantly and managed assets consisting of 54 apartment communities totaling 12,000 units and 19 commercial buildings comprising 2 million square feet. The combined value of the portfolios is close to $1 billion. Trinity is based in Southern California with regional offices in Sacramento, CA; Indianapolis, IN; Oklahoma City, OK; Dallas, TX and Houston, TX. Trinity employs about 550 people in 11 different states.

Trinity is a wholly owned affiliate of Fowler Property Acquisitions of San Francisco, California. Fowler Property Acquisitions is a privately capitalized real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of multifamily, industrial and office properties in selected markets throughout the western and mid-western United States. Originally founded in 1985, the company has successfully executed an investment strategy based on a disciplined acquisition effort, an efficient renovation process and strong property management. The firm's managing principal, Gregory Fowler, is a seasoned real estate professional who leads a diverse management team with experience in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, asset management, development, construction and property management. Currently, Trinity manages only company owned assets in markets that have enough concentration of properties to offer economies of scale.

Fowler Property Acquisitions has a disciplined approach to real estate acquisitions. The company is typically a value investor seeking under-valued properties within defined markets. The normal acquisition requires renovations in varying degrees which improves the marketability of the asset. Trinity works in concert with asset management and construction to develop a successful renovation strategy. During the renovation, Trinity’s management team works diligently to increase the value of the real estate by increasing rents and seeking new income opportunities. The cycle is completed when the maximum level of revenue is achieved at which time the property is then positioned for sale.

Redwood Construction is also an affiliate of Fowler Property Acquisitions. Redwood is a general contractor specializing in re-construction and project management. They are the primary group that is used to facilitate renovations and large tenant improvements.
